We offer three different categories of products:
small non-custom made products from the shop, larger non-custom made products from the shop, and custom made to order pieces of furniture or accessories.

For small non-custom made products from the shop, we offer free shipping within Switzerland, easy returns within 7 days, and a 1-year warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

For larger non-custom made products from the shop, shipping or on-site installation costs may apply within Switzerland. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
We also offer a 1-year warranty on these products.

For custom made to order pieces of furniture or accessories, we involve our customers in the building process and provide updates on the progress of their order.

Due to the customized nature of these products and the customer's involvement in the process, we cannot offer returns on these items. However, we do provide reparation services or exchanges of individual parts if needed.
We offer a 2-year warranty on these products to give you peace of mind in your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your custom made product within 2 years of receipt, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that in all cases, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and any shipping or installation costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
